What is the typical processing time for orders?
Each of our botanical products is hand-poured in small batches. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment.
Are your candles made with sustainable ingredients?
Yes, we use a proprietary blend of natural soy and coconut wax, lead-free cotton wicks, and phthalate-free fragrance oils to ensure a clean, eco-friendly burn.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Black Moon Botanica ships to customers within the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our reach to more international destinations soon.
Can I return or exchange my home fragrance items?
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened candles or apothecaries. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement.
How can I maximize the burn time of my candle?
To prevent tunneling, always ensure the first burn lasts long enough for the wax to melt to the edge of the jar. Trim the wick to 1/4 inch before every subsequent lighting.
